Wellness Council Presents Yoga with Julie

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the Wellness Council is working hard to provide events this month that will give you ideas on ways to cope with stress, depression and anxiety.

Our first event will take place on Tuesday, May 11 at noon. We have joined forces with Eternal Bliss Yoga Studio and their instructor Julie will lead a session that focuses on centering your mind, body and spirit.

If you are interested in taking part of this yoga session, please email MCCWellness@monroecc.edu. We will send you the log in information via Outlook meeting request.
