The Sociology Film Series Presents "The Mask You Live In" on Both Campuses!

The Sociology Film Series is hosting screenings on both campuses of the powerful 2016 documentary, The Mask You Live In, which examines toxic masculinity in the U.S. and its effects on all of us.

Both events will take place on Monday, November 14, 2016.  The Damon City Campus event is from 2:30pm-4:00pm in Room 4151 and the Brighton Campus event is from 5:30pm-7:00pm in The Forum, Flynn Campus Center.  Post-film discussions will be facilitated by Dina Giovanelli, Bethany Gizzi and Christine Plumeri, all Sociologists in the Department of Anthropology/History/Political Science/Sociology (AHPS).  We will also have information about our new degree program in Gender and Sexuality Studies (GE01).

As always, this Film Series is free and open to the public.  Food will be served.  These events are co-sponsored by AHPS, The Diversity Council, The Democracy Commitment, The Pride Alliance and Mentors in Violence Prevention at MCC (MVP-MCC).

Please share the attached flier with your students and colleagues, and we hope to see you there!
