Summer Funding Opportunities

"It will be Summer—eventually," begins an Emily Dickinson poem. We may still be shivering in the early-March Rochester cold, but this should warm your spirits: summer stipends.

Summer funds will be available for the following:

  1. Instructional Development Stipends (for faculty making an innovative and concrete change in a course that solves an identified problem)
  2. SUNY OER Course Development Initiative (for faculty planning to use Open Educational Resources in a course)

Applications will be due by April 26, and recipients will be notified at the beginning of June.

Be on the lookout for separate announcements about each. Information about Instructional Development Stipends will be in Monday's Trib, with the other to follow over the next couple of weeks.
