Today's Eat Well Live Well Session Moved to Wednesday

The Eat Well Live Well information session previously scheduled for this evening has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Feb. 13, 6 to 7 pm, in the Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center (Monroe A).

Response from MCC faculty and staff to the challenge has been great -- 30 teams have already formed. Don't miss out on this healthy and fun competition! Attend the info session on Wednesday evening to learn more. The formal competition to Eat Well Live Well will begin in early March.

The Eat Well Live Well Challenge is made possible by a partnership between Health Services, Human Resources and the Health and Physical Education Department. Developed by Wegmans, the Eat Well Live Well Challenge is an eight-week competition where individuals report the number of steps they take (using a pedometer) and cups of fruit and vegetables they eat each week.
