Hospitality Program involved in Professional Development Conference!

For the third year, MCC's Hospitality students participated with other colleges in a "Tourism and Hospitality Professional Development Series."  This annual event brought together students from local hospitality programs including Eastern Monroe Career Center's high school program, MCC, GCC, and RIT’s programs.  Together they learned from experts about the wonderful world of hospitality.  The schedule of events took the students beyond the classroom exploring topics in more depth.  This year's event was hosted by RIT and included presentations about The Transforming Power of Hospitality, Connecting the Dots, and the possibilities of entreuneurship within the hospitality industry highlighting an RIT student's working project called Hotel Proxy.   It was a wonderful educational seminar enjoyed by all of those who took advantage of the day.
