Join us for a special, College-wide celebration of all the winners of the 2013 Alan B. Shaw Memorial Essay Award. This year’s writing topic was “The Art of Companionship: How an Animal Changed My Life.” We had numerous submissions and the judging was difficult, so we decided to honor all of the submitters in our ceremony. We are planning lots of fun activities as well as award presentations, a slide show of Alan Shaw’s life, and a special guest presentation. Refreshments will be served.
