The ETS Division will be performing maintenance on a variety of systems/services during the Holiday break period, December 24 through January 2.
This is the schedule for availability of services:
All network services at the Damon City Center will be UNAVAILABLE Wednesday, December 28, 6am through Thursday, December 29, 6am.
Due to upgrades to networking equipment there may be brief network outages in specific buildings at all campuses Wednesday, December 28 through Thursday, December 29
There may be intermittent, long-term network service outages affecting all campuses from Friday, December 30, 7am through Monday, January 2, 6pm.
During a network service outage, connectivity to all services such as Outlook, Banner, SIS, M-drive, and Internet will be unavailable.
Banner Production will be UNAVAILABLE Tuesday, December 27, 7am through Monday, January 2, 6pm
Banner Development/Testing will be available throughout the break period (except during network outages)
SIS will be UNAVAILABLE Tuesday, December 27, 5pm through Wednesday, December 28, 6am.
Except during network outage times, all other services will be available during the break period.
