Survey Results and Themes

Thank you to everyone who has provided input about the Presidential Search. Hopefully, you have been able to provide feedback as the Presidential Search Advisory Committee works to create the Presidential Profile and we start planning for the upcoming search for a permanent president. Attached to this announcement, you will find the results of the recent survey regarding professional qualifications of our next president, the challenges and opportunities MCC faces, and presidential personality traits. The other attached document summarizes themes that were prevalent in the many focus groups, emails, discussions, and Zoom drop-in hours. You can continue to provide feedback to any member of the Presidential Search Advisory Committee.

As a reminder, information was recently posted about the formation of the Presidential Search Committtee.
