Facilities Work Order Request Deadline: June 17

As stated in the 3/27/2019 memo from Heze Simmons, Vice President of Administrative Services, "RE: Fiscal Year 2019 Purchasing Cut-Off Dates/Budget Transfer Deadlines," maintenance request orders (MRO's) must be submitted by June 17, 2019, to avoid missing the requisition deadlines established.

Work order requests received after this date will be scheduled following the completion of all work orders received by the previously-referenced deadline.
