Surviving in the COVID Era: Town Hall Conversation with Experts

Guests: Dr. Michael Mendoza, Commissioner of Public Health, Mr. Tony Perez, Chief of Public Safety and Jacqueline Carson, Director of Health Services

As new coronavirus cases continue to climb in America, health experts say it's becoming clear that the virus, known as SARS-CoV-2, is here to stay--and that, between emerging treatments and a possible vaccine, we won't be stuck in a perpetual global pandemic, either. As faculty, staff and students we are constantly on edge. As things keep changing and you wonder what you hear is the truth, or a political game we are worried and scared. Join Dr. Michael Mendoza, Commissioner of Public Health for Monroe County, NY and Associate Professor. Mr. Tony Perez, Chief of Public Safety, and Jacqueline Carson, Director of Health Services as they try to address and give the college community the most up-to-date on Covid19 and most of all address some the concerns still lingering out there among MCC faculty, staff and students? Our experts will give their expertise and answer questions in our webinar.

If you have a question for any of panelists, please submit your questions to Toni Custodio, Director, Downtown Campus Operations acustodio@monroecc.edu by Tuesday, September 8, 2020
