Welcome back ! I hope you all had a restful week's break. Therefore you should be raring to input your Spring 2007 attendance information as soon as you can. The deadline is today, Monday Feb, 26th at close of business. AND...,we all know what happens on Tuesday Feb. 27th the day AFTER the deadline date. Just to recap the three scenearios:
(1) students who never attended your class(es) should have a "0" in their attend hours field:
(2) students who stopped coming to class before the census date listed on your attendance letters should have a last date of attendance in the appropriate field. If you are not sure whether they are coming back consider them present and withdraw them later using the "W" in the grade column when you are sure they are never coming back.
