Winter Coat Drive!

With temperatures dropping rapidly in the northeast, our thoughts automatically move towards those children in need of winter coats this winter. That is why MCC Public Safety is organizing a coat drive just in time for the holiday season!

From 12/15 - 1/4, Public Safety will collect new and gently used children’s winter coats for all ages to give back to the community we love so much.  Collection boxes will be placed at the Brighton Campus in the Public Safety Office in Building 21, and at Parking Services in Building 1, Room 102, and also at the Downtown Campus front desk as collection points.

Our efforts are in collaboration and partnership with Primetime 585 Inc, which is a non-profit organization that the College community has recently aligned with, adopting over thirty families, and providing Thanksgiving meals to over 100 community members in need last month.

As we continue to be a community partner, these efforts will go a long way to strengthen the bond that MCC has within our area.  Please join us in this college- and community-wide effort!
