Step Aerobics begins Tuesday, Sept. 5


Step Aerobics -

This class offers variety: step Aerobics for cardio health, strength training for joint health and to increase muscle mass that uses more calories, flexibility training to release tension and increase range of motion, and deep relaxation.

 
Begins:  Tuesday, September 5, 2006

Days:  Tuesdays and Thursdays

Time:  4:30 to 5:30 PM

Place:  Dance Studio, 10-143, Brighton Campus

 
No experience necessary. Modification will be given. Start any time.
