In looking at the facilities and grounds of the campus this summer, some of you may be saying to yourself "my goodness, is this place going to be put back together before school starts?" I'm happy to report that the answer to that question is yes!
Although work on two of our major projects, the Campus Center Phase II and the Cogeneration Facility (Bldg. 7) will continue into the fall, the major disruptions and projects you see now will be "buttoned up" before classes begin on September 2.
In touring the construction sites recently, President Flynn asked that I share with you assurances that things will be back to normal even though a number of facilities projects were undertaken this summer. (Certainly, far more than normal.) If you are interested in any of the "sordid" details, please read the attached status report.
As always, we couldn't ask for a more appreciative or cooperative community to serve.
