MCC's Own Archaeological "Dig" Invites You!

Ever wanted to see for yourself what Indiana Jones didn't show you? Our very own, on-campus archaeological excavation again invites your participation this summer from July 12-22.  An intensive two-week archaeological field-school (ANT 281-800) runs from 9 am -3:30 pm, Mondays through Thursdays, at the 19th-century, on-campus site of a former family farm, perhaps the oldest in the Town of Brighton.

Artifacts and slides of our work on the "dig" will be shown on Friday, April 2 at 7 pm in room 5-100 at MCC. Students, staff, faculty and others interested in this unusual opportunity to unearth the past are welcome!  Contact Prof. Dave Day, Anthropology, at x3227.
