A call for faculty mentors

Recruitment Call for College-wide Mentors

Would you like to serve as a mentor to a new teaching faculty member?

Tenured or tenure-track teaching faculty members with three or more years of full-time teaching experience at MCC can serve as a mentor to a new (fall 2017) full-time teaching faculty member.

This year, we will be matching mentors and new faculty based on a brief survey. To indicate your interest in serving as a mentor for 2017-18, please complete this survey as soon as possible:

We ask that all prospective mentors complete the survey even if you have served as a mentor in the past. Mentors and the new faculty they are paired with will meet at an opening reception to welcome new faculty to MCC. Thus, it is essential that in agreeing to serve as a mentor, you can commit to attending this reception on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 12:30- 2:00. Lunch will be provided. Location to be announced at a later date.
