Monroe Community College is participating in
The Chronicle’s Great Colleges to Work For Program, a study designed to gather benchmarking data on higher education work environments and to recognize institutions that have built great workplaces.
Part of the program involves an employee survey distributed to a random selection of the College’s employees, which will include full-time faculty and staff and adjunct faculty. An invitation to take this survey will be distributed to the randomly selected MCC employees on March 20. The email communication will be sent by ModernThink. The deadline to complete the survey is April 8, 2016.
If you are selected to complete the survey, please take a moment to do so. A high response rate helps ensure accurate results and demonstrates the commitment of our workforce. Please know that we value your feedback, and our ability to use the results with confidence increases with a high response rate. We can and will learn from the feedback and make improvements for our future. We will also share the survey results with the College community.
