The MCC United Way Campaign is off to a Great Start -- Thank You!

The 2016 Monroe Community College United Way Campaign began Monday, March 7th and as we approach the halfway point, we are 46% to goal with a total of $46,221.16 in pledges!  THANK YOU!!

The Change Blitz and Kick-off Parties at Brighton and DCC were huge successes, raising $390.99.   A special thank you to Shawnadre Crews, Kimberly Stappenbeck, Eunice Bernard, and Anne Kirkpatrick for all their help with those events!

Congratulations to the Student Services division, which raised the most money during the Division Change Challenge. Together, our community raised over $200!

The above events raised over $600.00 and will go towards MCC’s donation to the United Way’s Community Fund. The Community Fund is the largest pool of financial gifts collected through the annual fundraising campaign and helps solve our community's most critical health and human service needs.

Remember, the MCC United Way Campaign runs through April 15th with the goal of raising $100,000!  If you need information on making a pledge please go to myMCC and look for the United Way Channel on the upper right side of the page.

Together, Let’s Strengthen our Community!
