When traveling on college business you are eligible for the “government” rate offered by most hotels. In some instances this could be up to a 50% savings on lodging. When booking your reservation please remember to inquire about the “government” rate.
For hotel stays in New York, remember to use the Tax Exempt Form ST-129 as the college is exempt from NYS tax. Forms are available at the Controller’s Office (Bldg 6 Room 110) or you may print the form from the attachment below.
