Where Are the Workflows?

If you are wondering why you cannot use your Workflows in Banner 9, please see the attached document. Also, please note, they're probably not called Workflows, but Quickflows. The article is kind of lengthy but compared to some of the other things you've probably been working on, not really lengthy at all. Please take a minute or two.
