Dr. Frater delivers Keynote Address

Dr. Joel Frater, Executive Dean of the Downtown Campus, gave the keynote address on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the Baccalaureate Ceremony at Jefferson Avenue Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The annual ceremony is a time for the congregation to recognize their high school and college graduates and honor their scholarly achievements.
