Your cooperation and preparation for the network systems upgrade is greatly appreciated! This important work will begin tomorrow, February 18 at 5 pm (after classes). MCC will be closed to employees, students and the general public from Saturday evening through Tuesday, February 21. The college will officially reopen on Wednesday, February 22 at 5:30 a.m.
The check list below will help you meet important deadlines and ensure things go smoothly during the upgrade. Please consult with your supervisor regarding department-specific instructions.

FACULTY/STAFF CHECKLIST FOR FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17
-- Take staff contact listings (home phone and/or cell phone numbers) home with you on February 17 because you won’t be able to access them online during the outage.
-- If you haven't already, submit Student Attendance Reports before you leave today! Attendance processing is required and impacts our ability to issue financial aid to our students.
-- Submit your time sheet before the end of day today. Supervisors must approve time sheets by Thursday, February 23.
-- Activate your Microsoft Outlook out-of-office assistant.
-- Activate your out-of-office voice mail greeting.
-- Turn off your computer.
-- Show your support and thank a member of the Communications and Network Services staff for their hard work!
