Monday, September 5!
Bring the family to march as we commemorate Rochester's 150 years of union participation in central labor councils. These councils have assisted local workers through collaborative efforts to organize unions, to win and enforce contracts, and to improve working conditions. Those MCC faculty and family members who attend will receive special t-shirts to mark the event!
We'll meet at 10 a.m. on Strathallan Park (between University and East Avenue opposite the Memorial Art Gallery) to assemble for the march. Refreshments will be served. We'll march at 11 and finish by noon! Parking is available at the Memorial Art Gallery.
