Road and parking lot work ramping up

This week there will be considerable activity in and around the loop road and the parking lots. The roadway improvement project will be opening and closing new entrances to the parking lots, and final paving will begin in earnest. As roads and entrances are completed, they will be opened for use. Watch for signs and workers directing you to your destination. The final paving of the Loop Road is tentatively scheduled for August  20,21,and 24. On the east side of campus, work will begin on Monday to resurface Lot G. It will be closed while this work is being done. There will also be smaller work groups across campus repairing drainage structures in various parking lots and roads.

Those of you at ATC who feel left out – don’t despair. Work will begin very shortly to repair pot holes, seal the pavement, and restripe the parking lot. More details to follow on this as the schedule is firmed up.

As always, weather will play an important part in scheduling – as it has so far this summer. More updates to follow if needed.
