We invite you to the Spring 2010 “Sharing Our Worlds” conversation series
In January 2009 the Teaching and Creativity Center hosted a professional development day, “Sharing Our Worlds.” This was an opportunity for dialogue between faculty and administrators. That spring Janet Glocker and Kimberley Collins hosted groups of faculty for more conversation in the Teaching and Creativity Centers at both Brighton and DCC.
This spring, the Academic Services Leadership Council would like to engage faculty (both teaching and non-teaching) in discussions on a variety of topics. We have scheduled several conversations over the coming months, each with a general topic/theme. Short of that, each conversation will have a host who will be joined by administrators or faculty who have an interest in that conversation. We might showcase an innovative activity; consider an aspect of college citizenship; or converse about future opportunities for the college.
All the sessions are one hour and will be held in the Teaching and Creativity Centers:
Brighton, 2-315
Damon, Room 5091
The January schedule is:
Tuesday January 12th
3:30 – Brighton TCC
Host - Kimberley Collins

And please stay tuned for the February conversations schedule.
