Tips for Successful Completion of Cyber Security Awareness Training

Are you still receiving reminder emails to finish your annual Cyber Security Awareness Training even though you think you have already completed the course?

Unfortunately the graphic on the final page is misleading - it says CONGRATULATIONS! You've completed the 15-minute 2020 Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training.

However, there is a button underneath that says "Complete Training" that some people are missing. If you don't click on the button, KnowBe4 will not show that training is complete. (Tip: The browser window should be maximized to full-screen during training, otherwise some navigation may not appear unless you scroll.)

Once you click on the Complete Training button, you should get the confetti screen that says: You have completed all of your training! Keep an eye on your inbox for upcoming assignments.

And then you should get an email from KnowBe4 with the subject: Thank you for completing your cybersecurity awareness training.

Then you know you are done with the course.

Anyone receiving a reminder "Please complete" email still has incomplete training (course name is listed in the reminder).
