Counseling, International and Veteran Services Fall 2014 Workshops


The Counseling, International and Veteran Services Office will be offering a series of academic and wellness based workshops for the Fall 2014 semester.  These workshops are designed to enhance the student experience by improving social, emotional and academic functioning.  There will be a variety of topics including stress management, academic improvement, study skills, healthy decisions making and more.  The workshops are free and open to all students.  For more information see the attached flyer or contact the Counseling Office at 585-292-2030.

10/9/14   - “Alcohol 101:  Making Safe and Responsible Decisions” 12-1pm Building 3-209 (Warshof Conference Center, Flynn Campus Center, Empire Room)

10/22/14 - “Seeds of Success” Study Skills Workshop 6-7:30pm Building 5-100

11/11/14 - “Stress 101:  Understanding and Managing Stress”  11am-12pm Building 9-239 (Gleason Hall of Science and Technology)

12/3/14  -  “Staying Healthy During Finals”  12-1pm Building 3-130 (The Forum, Flynn Campus Center)
