Final Days for Reflections Next Week: Dine-in or Take-out Buffets!


Reflections Restaurant will only be open next week Monday - Thursday, May 4th – 7th for your dining pleasure.  On those final days of operation, we will be having buffets where you can dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98 + tax.  Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container.   Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.  

Monday, May 4th will feature a Stir-Fry Station with Meats, Vegetables, Pastas, and Rice, as well as Lasagna, Twice Baked Potatoes, Quesadillas, Chinese Chicken Sticks, Italian Club Sandwiches, Tomato Basil Soup, Nacho Cheese Soup, a Chocolate Fountain, Cream Puffs, and a Variety of Other Desserts.

Tuesday, May 5th will have a theme of "Around the World" and will feature Carved Roast Beef and Ham, a Pasta Station with Assorted Sauces, Lebanese Chicken Kabobs, Chicken Enchilada Soup, German Potato Soup, Baklava, Fresh Fruit, and a Variety of Desserts.

Wednesday, May 6th will have a "Comfort Food" theme and will feature Chicken and Biscuits, Southern Mac and Cheese, Crab-Stuffed Tilapia, Creamed Corn, Boston Baked Beans, Cream of Tomato Soup, a Fruit Crepe Station, Kaulua Dark Chocolate Pudding, S’mores Cheesecake and a Variety of Other Desserts.

Thursday, May 7th will feature Lasagna, Italian Sausage with peppers and onions, Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings, Macaroni and Cheese, Sushi Rolls, Tortellini with Spinach and Walnut Pesto, Stuffed Mushrooms, Pepperoni Soup, Cheddar Leek Soup,  Mini Fruit Cheesecakes, Apple Crisp, and a Variety of Other Desserts.

These buffets will be very popular, so I suggest that if you want to sit-down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling X2581.  

For your information, our last day of operation for the semester will be Thursday, May 7th.  Thank you for your support of Reflections and the Hospitality Management students.  We hope you all have a wonderful summer!!!
