Please join me in a community program to celebrate Black History. The program will take place on Thursday, February 23rd, between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm, at the Penfield Public Library located at 1985 Baird Road, Penfield, NY. After watching a short film on African Americans, people in attendance will be given an opportunity to share their personal experiences.
