Saunders Speaks at Junior League of Rochester Meeting

Betty Saunders, assistant professor, Visual and Performing Arts, was the guest speaker for the Junior League of Rochester on Wednesday, Nov. 19. The subject of Saunders' presentation was “Living Your Passion.” During her talk she reminded the audience of the value of using their talents, skills and strengths to reach others in making a positive difference. They learned the formula of writing a personal mission statement and the value of doing “what makes your heart sing.”  As a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, Saunders often incorporates music in her message. She concluded this presentation by performing one of her own compositions, “Start Living Today.”
