Come listen to Leanne Ferreri, instructor in the HPE Department for her session entitled: Using your Target Heart Rate Zone and the FIT Principle to maximize your Fitness.

Do you know the fitness term “Target Heart Rate Zone” and what it can do for you?

Would you like to know your personal Target Heart Rate Zone? 

This session will help you understand this concept and how it is an important key for those who are trying to lose (or maintain) body weight.  You will leave the session knowing what your own personal Target Heart Rate Zone is and how to apply it to your workout routine.  We will also discuss the FIT (Frequency-Intensity-Time) principle and how making changes in these three variables can pay dividends on the scale!
