I am a communication professor in the Visual and Performing Arts Department here at MCC and I chair an early childhood (birth to age five) committee for the “Rochester Children’s Zone.” (RCZ) It is a large community project whose goal is to improve the lives of the children in the 14621 and 14605 zip codes.
Our problem is that we don’t have enough actual residents, people who live in the “Zone,” to take part in our monthly meetings and help guide us by identifying what your needs really are. We need your input. Would you consider joining our group?
We meet monthly at 30 Hart Street, Room 427. Our next meeting is Wednesday, November 7, 2007 from 9:00 am – 10:30 am.
The following meeting will be Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at Hart St from 9:00 -10:30 am.
