Beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 17, ETS will make configuration changes to the college’s primary file storage unit which will require most of the college servers to be offline through 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18. Exchange, M-Drive, Student Storage, Library servers, Banner, and classroom imaging services as well as most of the departmental servers will be offline during this time. These configuration changes are necessary to provide better service and resiliency for our systems.
To prepare for the downtime, please shut down your computer on Tuesday night or reboot your computer on Wednesday morning. If there are any questions about this project please call the HELP desk.
