Congratulations to Karen Frantz (Student Support Services) and Jenny Lorenz (Nursing) for competing in the Area 6 Toastmasters Contests on March 7 at the University of Rochester. Frantz placed fourth in the International Speech Contest with her original speach “Breathe Life.” Lorenz placed second in the Evaluation Contest.
Thanks also to Diane Navarro Dawson (Instructional Technologies) who served as a judge for both contests.
