College-wide Call Outreach
Starting Monday, April 13th, a cross divisional team of 50+ faculty, staff and administrators will be calling every matriculated MCC student. This important retention effort will serve as a touch point and check-in call with our students to answer questions, refer to services and gauge how they are adjusting to our new online reality. Further, we hope to gather information related to intent to enroll for Summer and/or Fall 2020. As a result of our effort, you may receive calls or emails from students referencing this outreach.
