In honor of Children’s Dental Health Month, students and staff of MCC’s Dental Studies program partnered with the Seventh District Dental Society and the Eastern Service Workers Association to host “Give Kids a Smile Day” on Feb. 12. The event offered free dental cleanings and treatments for deserving families who are not covered by insurance. Nineteen families received free dental services at MCC’s Dental Hygiene Clinic. Future events will be planned.
