Having Trouble Logging In?

Are you having problems logging into your PC or your myMCC account?  Six months ago today the Fall semester began and, with that, all staff and faculty returned to work to find that their network passwords had expired.  It’s time for them to expire again so if you are experiencing difficulty logging into your PC or myMCC account, it’s possible your password has expired.

You can change your password in one of two ways:

Password Change: (on campus)
1. Logon the computer using your username and password.
2. From the Desktop
3. Press Ctrl, Alt, & Del
4. Click Change Password button
5. Fill in requested information.

Password Change: (off campus)
Go to https://mymail.monroecc.edu, (don’t use www in the web address) check the box: 'I want to change my password after logging on'.

Logon with your username and password, you will be prompted to change your password.

Once you have successfully changed your password, go back to the main MCC web page at https://www.monroecc.edu and select “Employees.”  Log into the portal using your new password.  You may get an error that says “Internal system error: Your password has changed outside the Luminis platform.”  This is normal – simply enter your old password where it indicates you should do so, and you should be ready to use myMCC.

If you experience any problems with changing your password, feel free to call the HELP Desk at extension 4357.
