Save the Date: Reflections All-You-Can-Eat Buffets April 30th, May 1st, and May 2nd!


Reflections Restaurant will have its all-you-can eat buffets Tuesday - Thursday, April 30th – May 2nd for your dining pleasure. On those days of operation, we will be having buffets where you can dine-in or take-out food for only $8.98. Take-out customers will be given one large, one small, and one soup take-out container. Each day we will have a full buffet with numerous main entrees, salads, side dishes, soups, and a dessert table.  

On Tuesday, April 30th, we will have a “Tex-Mex” theme and will feature carved beef brisket, Mexican lasagna, a taco bar, chicken quesadillas, Tex-Mex stuffed mushrooms, jalapeno poppers, spicy chicken avocado salad, Texas caviar,  Mexican stir-fry, fried rice, black beans, roasted sweet potatoes, spicy red bell pepper soup, chicken tortilla soup, corn bread, churros, pecan pie, Mexican wedding cookies and a variety of other desserts. **

On Wednesday, May 1st, we will have a “BBQ” theme and will feature pulled pork, spareribs, BBQ chicken, carved beef brisket, hot BBQ chicken wings, mac & cheese, salt potatoes, corn on the cob, vegetable kabobs, coleslaw, pasta salad, fruit gelatin salad, potato salad, navy bean soup, cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, chocolate cream pie, banana bread and a variety of other desserts. **

On Thursday, May 2nd, we will have a “Rochester” theme with food items that were inspired in Rochester or the upstate NY area.  The buffet will feature garbage plates, mac salad, antipasto salad, quesadillas, spiedies, ratatouille, broccoli, fried green beans, chicken wings with a variety of Rochester wing sauces, chicken French, Buffalo chicken soup, frozen custard, peach cobbler, Jell-o salad, s ’mores, and a variety of other desserts. **

These buffets will be very popular, so we suggest that if you want to sit-down in the restaurant, you make reservations by calling FOOD (X3663) and choosing option #1.

For your information, our last day of operation for the semester will be Thursday, May 9thth. Thank you for your support of Reflections Restaurant and the Hospitality Management students. We hope you all have a wonderful summer!!!
