Together Making a Difference - A Customer Service Workshop


The Educational Technology Services division is sponsoring two sessions of "Together Making a Difference," a customer service workshop presented by Bobbie Goheen the CEO of Synthesis Management Group.  This dynamic and interactive workshop will highlight the importance of the service excellence and focus on key customer service elements. While this workshop will focus on the ETS Customer Service initiative entitled ARCH, it should be beneficial to all who attend.  The workshop will be offered twice - Thursday, August 7, 9:00-11:00am  and Tuesday August 12, 1:30-3:30pm in the Brighton Room in the new Campus Center.  Please contact Roberta McKechney to register.
