"Anthropology Students Assist Harvard University in 'Mapping' Rochester's Religious Diversity"

New on-line web pages complete with photos have just been posted by teams of MCC anthropology students in Prof. David Day's "Human Religious Experience" class. Using Harvard grant money, they've just finished a round of interviewing and photographing to create web pages for Rochester's "newer" faith communities. Internet browsers, scholars and the public may now learn about local Buddhist and Hindu temples, mosques, Afro-Caribbean botanicas, Sufi ceremonies, Sikh gurdwaras, neo-pagan or Wiccan shops, Chinese, Macedonian, Ethiopian or Korean churches and other religious communities by logging on to either www.pluralism.org/affiliates/index.php, or https://www.monroecc.edu/go/pluralism.
