To all movie-loving students and faculty,
With the 79th annual Academy Awards just around the corner, The MCC Cinema Society is proud to present its first annual Oscar Ballot Contest.
The contest is open only to MCC students, faculty and staff by completing the attached ballot with their predictions of who will win an Oscar in the 6 most popular categories (Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Director, and Best Film).
The contestant who guesses the most correct winners will be awarded a new backpack full of goodies (valued at over $90) generously donated by the MCC Bookstore.
Second place will get two movie tickets to The Little Theatre in downtown Rochester.
In the event of a tie, winners will be drawn at random.
Please complete the attached ballot and drop it off in the OFFICIAL contest ballot box in the VaPA office, 6-209 at the Brighton Campus. The deadline for entry submission is February 23rd at 4 pm. (Members and advisors of the MCC Cinema Society are NOT eligible to win.)
