The Leaders Program of the National Institute for Leadership Development is perfect for administrative and faculty women who want to explore their role in leadership. Programs focus on crystallizing the participant's identity, fine-tuning skills, identifying leadership and community college issues, and developing personal confidence.
The program contains the important components of a pragmatic project pertinent to institution and the creation of a long-lasting relationship with a mentor.
We are now accepting applications for the Leaders Institute 2005. All interested candidates should complete the attached application form and submit it to their respective Vice President's office no later than November 15; VPs will meet to review all applications and will decide which to approve by November 18. (The last section of the application does not need to be completed by the applicant at this time.)
