Rand, Maher-Garcia and Cicconi-Eggleston Present at CUPA-HR National Conference


Craig Rand, Martha Maher-Garcia and Holly Cicconi-Eggleston presented “Mirroring the Faces of Our Students:  A Collegial Conversation on Diversity” at the National CUPA-HR conference in Orlando, Florida. 

Focusing on the importance of faculty, administration and staff mirroring the student population  of the institution the presentation examined the significant ways Monroe Community College has impacted diversity and inclusion through the Dr. Alice Holloway Young  Internship program and the Diversity Series,  Search Committee Best Practices training and a collaboration of key stakeholders to discuss diversity, inclusion and recruitment.
