MCC student Kenichiro Sato, who has created the nonprofit Rochester Outdoor Museum of Art, will discuss his creative vision for a photographic museum on the exterior of Rochester’s downtown buildings.

Sato will be joined by City Councilmember Bill Pritchard. The presentation is hosted by the Friends of the Rochester Public Library and will be moderated by Kera Neylan, Executive Director.
