Max of Eastman Place/Max on the Lake Chef Tony Gullace and Locust Hill Chef Jason Walker will prepare Asian-fusion themed appetizers and a multiple-course dinner respectively. MCC alumna Sarah Pamatat, sommelier at Shintaro at the Bellagio Las Vegas, will return to Rochester to share her extensive knowledge of sake and international wines with guests. Silent and live auction items will include exclusive sailing cruises, golf outings, original art and jewelry, premium wines and a variety of culinary experiences.

Tickets are $150 per person; $1,200 for tables of eight. Please call the MCC Foundation at x1500 for tickets and information.
