The MCC Wellness Council Presents the "Wellness Tour 2015-2016"!

If you missed us at the Employee Expo last week, please see the attached brochure for a listing of the 2015-2016 Wellness programs!  This year the Council has focused on providing programs and activities to increase physical activity, healthy eating options, and nutrition.  We have also partnered with Human Resources to incorporate the “Community Fridays for a Cause” program into the Wellness calendar.  Please watch for our “WALK 365”  Community Cause initiatives throughout the year!

The first community activity will be the Light the Night Walk to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society on Friday, September 18th at 5 pm on the Brighton Campus, parking lot G. If you would like to walk or donate to Team MCC, please go to

Enter Monroe Community College in the “Find Your Team” search box to select our team and follow the directions to join! If you experience problems joining or donating please contact Julianna Frisch.
