The public -- yes, that includes you -- is invited to share their ideas on the Renaissance Square project at an open house workshop today, 4-8 p.m. at City Place, 50 West Main Street. If you would like to share your ideas for the performing arts center, transit center or MCC campus, please stop in anytime between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. (Of course, this does not change MCC's internal processes for gathering input from faculty and staff on our new downtown campus.)
There is some confusion about the format for the evening, so if your friends or neighbors ask, please let them know that the public can drop in at any time. There is no formal program. This is a listening session.
We also need volunteer greeters and helpers. If you would like to be involved and are available for a 3:30-6 p.m. or 5:30-8 p.m. shift, please contact Cynthia Cooper in Public Affairs, ext. 3022.
