Students Take 1st and 2nd Place in SUNY Engine Business Idea Competition

Congratulations to MCC student-entrepreneurs Lauren Burdsall and Antehene Demissie for taking first and second place in the 2013 SUNY Engine Business Idea Competition earlier this month at Cayuga Community College. Their winning business concepts included a sophisticated doggy daycare and a website that offers discounts on services and merchandise to active-duty service members, reservists and veterans.

Congratulations also to faculty advisors Kathleen Revekant and Robert Spinelli who coached the students to victory.
