Drumright Presents at Tennesee Conference of Historians

William Drumright, History instructor, recently presented a paper at the annual meeting of the Tennessee Conference of Historians, which was held September 16-17 in Knoxville. The paper is entitled "Servant or Master: Reappraising the Correlation During World War II between the Tennessee Valley Authority and the Concept of 'Grass-Roots Democracy.' " Drumright adapted the paper from his dissertation, which examined the work of the Tennessee Valley Authority during the Second World War.
