Guy Rossi, program coordinator of curriculum development for the Homeland Security Management Institute, recently spoke with YNN anchor Virginia Butler about workplace violence. Rossi identified several variables that could trigger workplace violence, provided warning signs, and offered pointers to employers. The interview aired Saturday, May 7.
Rossi is a retired Rochester Police Department sergeant who specialized in defensive tactics instruction. His work at HSMI includes assisting in the instruction and ongoing development of the School Anger Management program and the Management of Aggressive Behavior program.
